1. Introduction Welcome to LevenLily. By accessing our website, mobile app, or services (including the Smartwatch and caregiver dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use LevenLily’s services.
3. Services LevenLily provides eldercare products including real-time health monitoring, AI-powered alerts, and digital twin simulations.
4. User Responsibilities
Ensure the smartwatch and app are used appropriately and not for emergency medical response. Do not tamper with or misuse the AI alerts or caregiver tools.
Provide accurate user and health information for optimal performance.
5. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
6. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, and content (except user data) are the property of LevenLily and may not be reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
LevenLily is not liable for:
Delays or errors in health alerts
Internet or server interruptions
User misuse or misinterpretation of health data
8. Modifications LevenLily reserves the right to change these terms. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
